The Navarro College Foundation is proud to present its annual scholarship fundraiser, Legacy’s “A New Voice” on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Groesbeck Convention Center.  This year’s event will include a special tribute to Cindy Walker performed by Dr. Shellie O’Neal. Proceeds from the scholarship benefit will provide student and faculty scholarships for the South Campus.

The Navarro College Foundation has awarded over $14,500 in scholarships to students living in Limestone, Freestone and Leon counties this school year. Funds raised here are reserved for students in our tri-county service area. We use these precious funds judiciously and identify recipients who have no other means to attend Navarro College. In addition, a small portion of this year’s proceeds will fund the Teaching Innovation Award, where local college faculty compete for funds to provide an innovative teaching method, course redesign, or improved instructional strategy through the addition of classroom technology and/or equipment.

Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. for a cocktail reception and silent auction.
