Over the last 10 years, Brilliance has provided scholarships for over 1,400 Ellis County Dual Credit & General Academic students because of the generous support of Ellis County Businesses and Individuals. In keeping with the founding goal of Brilliance, we have been able to award every student that qualifies, a Brilliance scholarship.
