Elijah Norcross grew up in Milford, Texas but later graduated from Wortham High School in 2022.  His brother, J.T., is the leader at Baptist Student Ministries at Navarro College.  Elijah servs as the Youth Pastor at First Baptist - Mexia and his father is the pastor at Calvary Baptist in Mexia. Elijah loves the relationships he has been lucky enough to build in this community and credits Jesus, his father Shane, and Ryan Renolds as his strongest influencers/mentors.  While Elijah believes his friends would describe him as "strange" one of his proudest accomplishments is having worked hard to become the favorite uncle to his nephew Dawson, who actually graduated from high school at the same time as Elijah.  Something interesting about Elijah is that he was the quarterback in high school, although he describes himself as "extremely average at best.”
